Fox Ace

TRL 6 — System Demonstration

Companion mission computer that works alongside the autopilot — it does not replace it. The autopilot remains the flight-safety authority; Fox Ace provides bounded, policy-gated mission outputs with full telemetry audit and anomaly detection.

Architecture

Fox Ace operates as a companion mission computer alongside PX4/MAVLink autopilots. It provides bounded, policy-gated mission outputs while the autopilot retains full flight-safety authority. All decisions are logged via forensic-grade telemetry for post-mission analysis.

The policy engine governs all mission scenarios with configurable boundaries. Telemetry audit and anomaly detection run continuously, providing real-time situational awareness and post-flight forensic logs.

Intelligence at the edge

01

Policy-gated autonomy

Every mission output is bounded by configurable policies. The autopilot remains the flight-safety authority at all times.

02

GNSS-denied navigation

Optional visual-inertial odometry (VIO) and multi-camera support for autonomous operation in jammed or indoor environments.

03

Governed updates

Signed update packages with rollback capability. Every software change is auditable and reversible.
