Design philosophy

Fox Flare 1300 is designed from the ground up for UAV applications where thrust-to-weight ratio and fuel efficiency are paramount. Unlike adapted manned-aviation engines, every component is optimized for unmanned flight profiles.

Our additive-in-classic manufacturing approach combines SLM/DMLS additive manufacturing with conventional machining. This enables complex internal geometries while maintaining the reliability and surface finishes of traditional processes.
